WHAT WE DO.
Established as a collaborative initiative between award-winning documentary filmmaker and sustainability advocate Chandni Brown, and qualitative research specialist, social justice advocate and development expert, Felix Brown - JUST Impact was founded in 2023 to bridge the worlds of creativity and research, directing outputs toward positive social change alongside like-minded partners across the world.
As a non-profit organisation advocating for social justice and sustainable development, we work through a combination of grant-funded and commissioned projects on key global issues affecting everyday people and their communities. We do this at every step of the change-making process, from independent research to creative campaigning; policy formation to thought leadership.

Having worked in policy and law reform for a number years, Chandni has led on international and national advocacy campaigns for organisations including not-for-profit networks and the legal profession.
A sustainability advocate at heart, she has authored academic books and directed award-winning documentaries under the UN SDGs.

With extensive experience working across Asia and the UK, Felix has helped bridge public/private sector innovation, leveraging the power of regulation to effect meaningful reform at the national level.
He contributes an in-depth understanding of the law, politics and institutions behind international development.
